Staff

The Board's Executive Director has day-to-day responsibility for running the office. The Solicitor and her staff serve as legal advisors for the Board. The EEO Oversight Director helps the Board carry out its oversight function of GAO's employment practices as they relate to equal employment opportunity.

The Board's General Counsel and PAB/OGC staff investigate charges filed with the office and, if there are reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of the law has occurred, offers to represent the charging party before the Board.
